It represented cowardice, and all that was sour, so the Midnight Family had to sacrifice that lamb, so they could devour

Together they stood, against tyranny hiding behind a symbol of purity, that’s when Mary knew, this group was unruly 

Slaughtering the lamb that never was, and will never be, is the first act of becoming one of us, and setting yourself free
